About the Department

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at Anurag University enlightens the students with an academic benchmark that instils in them an electrifying and enriching educational framework. Accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), the EEE department assures a promising future for the students at Anurag University. The EEE department was conceptualized in 2002 by introducing B. Tech program with current intake of 120. The department has Power Electronics and Electrical Drives (PEED) as PG specialization with an intake of 36 students. The department has been a hive of academic activity and instrumental in creating successful careers for many students. The Department has well equipped laboratories with sophisticated lab equipment. Consistent growth was witnessed in development and consequently the Department was accredited by NBA in 2008, 2017, 2022 and reaccredited by NBA in 2025. The Department has strong industry interaction and signed MoU’s with 30 core industries. It offers Internships and Placements in Core Industries through this Interaction with Industry thus bridging the gap between Industry and Academics.
